ABOUT me
Art therapy
Art therapy combines the power of creative expression with psychological healing. As a professional mental health approach, it uses the process of making art to support emotional, mental, and physical well-being for individuals of all ages.
Through art therapy, you can explore personal expression, gain deeper self-awareness and self-acceptance, facilitate emotional growth and change, and promote overall wellness and balance.
No artistic skill is required—just a willingness to explore with color, shapes, lines, and imagery. Everyone has a natural capacity for creativity, though it can often be forgotten over time. Art therapy offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with that creative part of yourself and tap into your inner strengths.
Backed by current neuroscience research, art therapy is shown to engage both sides of the brain—bridging thoughts and emotions in a way that fosters insight and encourages lasting transformation.
Jungian sandplay therapy
Jungian Sandplay is a gentle, imaginative form of therapy that invites deep exploration and healing through symbols and imagery. Rooted in the work of Carl Jung and developed by Dora Kalff, this non-verbal, experiential method offers a way to access the unconscious and express what words cannot always capture.
In a calm, contained setting, clients use a tray of sand and a wide variety of miniature figures to intuitively create scenes that reflect their inner world. These symbolic landscapes often represent thoughts, emotions, memories, or unresolved experiences—bypassing the need for verbal explanation.
The sand tray becomes a safe space where healing images can emerge, integrating both conscious and unconscious aspects of the self. Over time, this process can lead to profound insight, emotional release, and psychological transformation.
Jungian Sandplay is suitable for children, adolescents, and adults. No prior experience or artistic skill is necessary—just a willingness to engage in the creative and symbolic process.
